About me.
I’ve been working in policy, marketing and communications roles for more than 15 years.
For six of those years, I worked in the North East England Chamber of Commerce’s policy team, campaigning on issues like infrastructure, funding and skills, and running a business-focused research and events programme.
I spent eight years in transport policy, offering strategic advice to local government clients as part of a small consultancy in the Thames Valley, including three years as one of the company’s directors.
Between those roles I spent several years in London working at a corporate communications agency, specialising in financial services and higher education, as well as working on a freelance and contract basis supporting agency and in-house teams.
I moved to the North East in 2015 and spend my free time drinking oat lattes and taking photos of the coastline to make everyone I know in the South jealous.
